AMOS PD Flakes This is a conversion of a program called Amiga Snowflakes that I've been told came from a Fish Disk but I can't verify this. Unfortunately I don't know which one or who the author was as there is nothing within the code and the only documentation I have simply informs you that the program requires Amigabasic. The chap I got it from was also subscribing to "Jump disk" and "Mega disk" at the time so they could also be possible sources. Cosine Programs These programs are derived originally from a program example "Cosine" in a book titled "Microcomputer Graphics for the Apple Computer" by Roy E. Myers. Since then I have modified the various routines to take advantage of things like increased resolution and processing speed and adding different formulas, first on my Apple IIe, then on the Amiga in Amigabasic and again now that I'm running AMOS. Power Poker This program is all original code however the idea came from a program of the same name on a friends C64 in 1985. I had already written a plain poker program in Applesoft so I simply altered that code to produce my Power Poker. Wire Unknown origin except that the original routine came off a C64 around 1985. A friend showed me this 5 line program (a few colons) that would generate a 3D wire frame image based on data statements. Just within our little band it quickly mutated into half a dozen different variations and uses on C64, AppleII and IBM. This version generates a sequence of views of the object so it should be possible to grab each view then replay them for a motion effect rather than a set of static views.
