VERTICAL SCROLLER

This routine is used as part of the Title-Demo, by adding data statements to
the end of the routine, you are actually adding text to the scroller, and
when run it will scroll the text upwards, pause and move on to the next
line.
To quit the scroller, hold down one of the mouse keys.
To make the scroller go back to the beginning of the text, add the following
line to the end of the data-statements :-
