The quick & dirty guide....
(Assuming you own an LC24-200)

Set EDS switches A-1 to ON  & A-2 to OFF. (If not already set)
Boot this disc.
Switch on printer. (If not already on)
ESCAPE from PPmore.

TO DEFINE FONTS: Double click on Whole_font icon. Help is given by
                 clicking on any gadget with the right mouse button.

TO DOWNLOAD A PRE-DEFINED FONT: Open the LC24Fonts drawer. Double click on
                 any icon. ICONX will then execute a script file, and send
                 the codes to the printer.

Launch your wordprocessor / text editor, and proceed as normal.

Pre-defined fonts ( '.codes' files) may be sent to the printer from the
CLI at any time by typing .. TYPE filename.codes TO PAR:
