Disneys The Animation Studio £99.99 Entertainment International ~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This is Disneys first animation release into the world of computers, which is quite suprising really when you consider their reputation for cartoons in the film industry, I would have expected one long ago ! The Animation Studio fairs quite well actually and for £99.99, it's a bit expensive, but if you're serious about creating animations or like me will try anything to do with the Amiga graphics, you'll pay it. Infact The Animation Studio isn't good, it's brilliant ! You start off by doing the pencil drawings, this part is very similar to Deluxe Paint in style, with a drawing area and icons for the tools, the only major difference being that it's in mono. (Black and White.) There's the usual box, circle and ellipse etc and you can load in IFF mono pictures and .anim files.(Even mono digitised pics as well !) One special feature is when you draw the separate frames, I'm sure that if you've tried to create an animation frame by frame, you may have found it
