Amos is starting to become a household name in computer software, with around 30,000 copies sold worldwide and the Amos club having over 1500 members. Sandra Sharkey (The woman behind the STOS PD Library.) was asked by Mandarin if she also wanted to do the Amiga version, the Amos PD Library. She naturally said yes, 'It meant I could justify buying an Amiga !' The library started in June/July 1990 with 8 disk's ! and is now doing well with over 150. She has customers from all over the world, USA to Iceland, if you can think of a country, then there'll probably be an APDL customer in it ! I'm not joking, I've seen the list !! So what has the library got to offer ? Well for a start, you get brilliant support from Sandra and the labels are supplied by Mandarin, being the same as the ones on the actual Amos disk. (Nice touch !) All the disk's have been written by Amos users, apart from update disk's and the ones written by people like Peter Hickman and even including one by myself yes me !!
