ADVERTISING: Leave your page-long adverts in the ADVERTS file in the CONTACTdirectory. Replies to Lonely Hearts or Make-Friends go in here. In fact, absolutely anything you want to say to anyone goes in here. Just think! You may be able to leave messages to your favourite pop stars if they have Amiga's!! This page was created by CREATIVE SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS in FEBRUARY 1991. The address: Creative Software Apps. 3 Bellmans Close Whittlesey Peteborough Pe7 1TU Don't forget! All messages go here!! PAGE 2: Hello everybody out there! Just a quick note to say Hi to the main people that let you see our software: Sandra Sharkey for one. Great job with the library: "According to my prediction, you will gain about 500 disks between now and next year!!" Fancy that!! Another 500 disks. I'd say about 10% of those will have the Creative Software Applications label spludged all over them!!! Never mind. Anyway, I'm glad that the library exists, actually. If it didn't, our disks would have to try and make fame in other libraries such as Softville, or PDOM PD! But then again- out software would be a rip-off at £3 each!! By Adam Barker. Nice one Mandarin!!! (Feb 1991) PAGE 3: To Francois - the AMOS creator, creator. Hello there! This page is totally devoted to you and views about AMOS and how we think it can be improved (if that's possible!!) 1. From Adam - AMOS is totally great. Just work on a totally new requester! 2. From Charles - Great Package - we're all very pleased with it! 3. From Michael.... Michael hasn't actually seen AMOS but he has the demo. I remember when he first told me had the demo. He reckoned the basic was totally great. He hasn't really got to grips with the original, but then again, he's employed as the technical man and advice master of CSA! Seriously, though. We think it's the best thing to hit the Amiga since STOS on the ST. That was something else. After my brother got an ST and I used STOS, I though - "I want AMOS" for my Amiga. And so- at Christmas 1991 I got it! And now I'm very pleased with it. I looked at the SPRITE commands and the SCREEN OFFSET command and put them together. I nearly formed a KICK-OFF 3 game!! Complaint number 1: There is no SCRN command as was in STOS Complaint number 2: There is no command to draw curves and bendy lines!! STOS has both these commands- and because the Amiga is better than the ST, whats happened??? PAGE 4:
