MPEGAPlayer V1.41 (17-Feb-1996)

This is an MPEG audio player for DeliTracker.
It can decode MPEG 1&2, layers I & II.

Yes, you can decode MPEG audio bitstreams in real time with your amiga !
You need at least a 68020... and a 40MHz+FastRam accelerator board is
strongly recommended. This player was written on my A1200/68030/40MHz.
On my system, it can decode and play in real time single-channel files
at 1/2 sampling frequency (22050Hz for 44100Hz sampling) and stereo files
at 1/4 sampling frequency (11025Hz for 44100Hz sampling).

New from V1.4

Added To config items:
- Audio buffer time for 1/4 sec to 2 secs
- High priority (when checked, set pri to 19, 0 otherwise)

Because in V1.4, the audio buffer was reduced to 1/4 sec
in order to have a fast volume & scope reactions, some
of you had problems sometimes (shorts blanks).
With these features, you can now adjust audio buffer
as you want. In V1.4 the priority was set to 19.
If you want a priority of 0 (as in V1.3) just clear
the 'High priority' flag in config window.
