It offers many possibilities and has some features that other programs of this type have not... And it's totally free ! Features : - Fast (optimised for 68020+ processors). - Compact. - Doesn't use MUI, BGUI, Triton, ClassAct or any other GUI interface. Only system's Gadtools.library, which seems really sufficient (and much more memory saving)... - Allows creation of 16 or 256 grayscale, or 256 colors thumbnails, with high image quality. - 68000 CPU and ECS modes supported. - Supports XPK compression. - Respects totally the AMIGA system. - Customizable. - Handles multi-volumes indexes. - Capability to update indexes very easily (all is automatic) - Very powerful system of actions associated to each picture format. - Can also rename/move/delete pictures on disk. - Very flexible thanks to the use of datatypes (you can even catalog your fonts with the font.datatype, for example !) This program is CREATION-WARE (see doc for details)... * changes from version 2.1 : - Fixed a bug in the recursive addition of thumbnails. - Now you can choose the way of displaying the thumbnails (horizontally or vertically). - You can now run several copies of Collector at the same time. - When you change thumbnails directories, you now choose the new directories via a reqtools requester. - You can now provide an index name as a CLI argument when running Collector. You can also save an icon with an index, so by double-clicking later on this icon, you can automatically launch Collector and load the index. - You can now use an autoscrolling screen, by checking the AutoScroll mark in the screen mode requester. - Now you can rename / delete / move pictures also on the disk. - Now the 16 greyscales display should also work on ECS machines (a 68000 version is also provided in the archive). - New "Complete automatically" function. - New "Tight display" option - Some useful informations are now displayed in the screen title bar. - Improved "Update Index" function. - You can now choose almost any size for your thumbnails - You can now make the thumbnails fit totally the frames. - The text under the thumbnails can now be displayed in bold/italic/underlined - Many other internal improvements.
