IconGrid is a Shell tool to align Workbench icons on a virtual
grid. Its purpose is similar to the "Clean Up" feature of Workbench,
but it does not arrange the Icons in a random way.

To use IconGrid, you first position the Icons at the approximate
positions where you would like them, snapshot them with Workbench
and call IconGrid. IconGrid will move them to the nearest grid
position and shapshot them there.

IconGrid uses the bottom edge of the icons for vertical alignment
and the middle of the icon for horizontal alignment. This means, you
can easily align icons in a very good looking way: with centered columns
and filename-aligned rows.
