Short:    Add/sub chars from lines in text files

Charma will add or remove characters from the start of each line in a text
file.  Spaces are used when adding characters.  The number of
characters/spaces can be specified.  Output must be redirected to be of
any real use.

o  Use on formatted text before inclusion in a message to prevent it from
   being reflowed.

o  Remove quotes from uudecoded messages that were saved incorrectly (fast!)
