VPI  is  a viewer for so called 'Product-Info' files which are used by
severall people to describe their piece of software.
They  can be found on the Fred-Fish-CDs, the AMOK-Discs (above # 100!)
and hopefully in every forthcoming program-archiv.

History:
  v1.1a: Fix for MUI3, the scrollbar didn't appeared under MUI3;-)
