This is a straight patch of Frank Düber's patch (!) (dev/asm/MonamPatch.lha) to
make Hisoft's monam recognise more system library calls. For this reason, I've
included his readme file - the instructions are identical. The sole difference
is that the original (his) version patches monam 3.04, this one patches monam
3.06.
