A replacement driver for the standard serial.device.  Originally based on
v34serial.device, it has been redesigned and enhanced.  Includes source.

This version may fix all the problems people are having with AmiTCP and the
like.  In version 37.12, I left out an instruction to indicate when an I/O
had beed aborted.  Apparently, there is a lot of software that aborts an I/O
multiple times B-(, causing 8n1 to trash memory.
