Blitz-CD is a program that allows you to set-up your CD's in a manner which
doesn't take up bundles of disk space.

Blitz-CD has the following features:

    o If you only have 1 CD-ROM drive, Blitz-CD will automatically select
      that CD.
    o Will copy the file from the CD to the users private directory. This is
      configurable on a per CD basis.
    o Will not allow users to copy files if it will exceed their file ratio.
    o Will not exceed users directory limit.
    o Will copy the file to a specified path instead of users private
      directory. This is configurable on a per CD basis, and requires the
      user have a batch download capabilities.
    o If copying to a specified path, checks if the file already exists, or
      if a file of the same name but different size exists.
    o Sysop can selectively ban individual users.
    o Checks if the file is already tagged before attempting any file copy.
    o Checks if the user has selected a batch protocol, and warns them not to
      tag files if they haven't.
    o Configurable text and help screen's.
    o Handles multi-line FILES.BBS files.
    o Correctly displays multi-line descriptions.
    o Allows the sysop to easily edit the descriptions.
    o Purges downloaded files copied to an alternate path.
    o Uses smart file copying to reduce CD swapping in stacker units.
    o Searches the entire CD that is currently selected.
