Short: Minimal AREXX player daemon. Now with preload options too. /zap@indic.se

This version should sort out the confusion of the 1.20 prerelease that
quite a number of people have had trouble with. Somehow, the prerelease
upd, lacking options to SAY and PHONEME, got wide spread along with
the release documentation stating it should work... Oh well.

1.25 corrected this and added a version string to make it easier to
avoid this in the future. A harmless access to address 0 was also removed
to keep Enforcer happy.

1.30 includes a -M (MemoryWaste) option making it possible to preload
the sample from disk if there is enough free mem. It still falls back
to playing from disk if it's not possible.
