Short: Show an IFF ILBM picture during boot.

PicBoot is a small and simple program that will show an IFF ILBM
picture. It was desinged to be suitable to have it early in the
Startup-Sequence, so that you'll see a picture instead of an
empty screen. As soon as the Workbench screen is opened,
PicBoot will close its screen and exit. NOTE: You need OS 2.04+
to use this program!
