SHORT: gcc2.3.3 ixemul.library

This is the actual library for those who get programs from GCC programmers
who are totally thoughtless and inept and do not include it.  If you are a
programmer and use GCC, ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS include YOUR version of
ixemul.library with your programs as you can't ASSUME that someone else
will even have the library or can even get ahold of it.

You know what they say about people who assume (they make an ASS out of
yoU and Me).
