Short: Small gnuemacs development package (cpr.el, autodocs.el)

This is a short development package for David Gay's gnuemacs latest port.
It includes a gdb-mode clone for use with SAS' cpr and an autodoc.el file to
consult autodocs (Amigaguide or .doc) within the editor. There is also
a short Ed Arexx program to emulate CygnusEd's one.

Several bugs were fixed since version 1.0.

This is v1.1.
