Short: Rewrite of Dillon's DME (Text-Editor)

This is a new Version of the famous DME from Matt Dillon.
(DME is short for "Dillon's Macro Editor". Guess what X is for :-)
I (Aaron Digulla) do this thing now since Matt has not the
time do to it. He's busy with DICE :-)

There are many noticeable enhancements and bugfixes. (also some
bug-introductions :-). Read the docs ! XDME.doc needs still
most work, but all new things are in docs/History !
