Short: Virtual memory for A4000/40

VMM40  implements a virtual memory manager for the A4000/40, it should
also  run  on other Amigas with a 68040 processor (untested).  In this
version,  paging  is  only supported to a dedicated partition.  A nice
GUI  to  enter  all  parameters  and to disable certain tasks and load
files from using virtual memory is also provided.

This is a first update, which includes only bug fixes reported so far.
I  wanted  to  release  this one before Christmas, because there was a
nasty bug in the previous release.  There's still a problem with VMM40
running on non-A4000 machines.  If you get the error message "SetPatch
has  to  be  run first", see section 6 of the documentation "Questions
and Answers".  I have included a small debug tool "DebugMMU" for these
problems.    If   you  are  experiencing  problems  resulting  in  the
"SetPatch"  error  message,  please  execute  DebugMMU and send me its
output  via  e-mail.   I  hope that I can fix these problems until the
next release.
