Short: TrashIcon V2.3   Fixed enforcer hits

TrashIcon is a porgram for WB2 and above which allows you to delete files
and directories by dragging their icons to a special "Trash Icon" on the
WB screen.  It has many advantages over the standard WB trashcan, including
the ability to delete files from all disks and can even format disks.
