short: Screen Promotion utility for 2.04+

   The Promotor is a screen promotion utility that was originally designed
for kickstart 3.x.  It  allows users to  modify most of the tags available
for the OpenScreen and  OpenScreenTagList  calls on per-screen,  per-task,
etc.   basis.  It  does not  have  one of those   mighty GUI's, but uses a
configuration file where you can  tell the program  what screens should be
promoted and how they should be adapted.

   This is version 1.10 beta !  Yes, it is a  beta-version.  I've tried to
get it to work  under 2.04+, but I  don't have a machine  to test that on.
Even worse, all Amiga-owners I know have a 3.x machine, so I can't test it
there either.  So, I'll be using  the general public as beta-testers (some
companies  do that, so why not  me ?).  If there  are  problems with using
this under 2.04 (and I bet there will be a lot of problems), please report
them to stud16@cc4.kuleuven.ac.be ...
