Short: A commodity supporting copy and paste in all string gadgets

NewEdit is a commodity, that patches all stringgadgets of the system (better:
it installs a global edithook for the stringgadgets). Beside some new edit
functions (see below) NewEdit supports copy and paste of text between the
clipboard and stringgadgets!
