AGMSPlaySound plays arbitrarily large IFF and raw sound samples from disk.
It is notable for its support of sound channel sharing with other programs.
It also can show the internal structure of IFF files as it hunts for sounds
to play.  July 17, 1993 version (fixes a lockup bug with AmigaDOS 2.0).
