Short: Editor for the Kawai K1-II synthesizer.

The K1-II-Ed is a editor for the Kawai K1-II synthesizer.
This is version 5.31 and replaces all older versions on
FTP sites and Fred Fish disks.

Changes from from version 5.30 to 5.31:
 * Fixed lots of enforcerhits
 * Some minor changes for OS 2 compatibility
 * Fixed a bug which crashed the multipatch editor
 * Reworked envelope editor

Changes from version 4.8/5.1 to 5.31:
