Short: Displays FLI animations on ALL Amigas

This version fixes some bugs and adds a fews enhancements.
Nows uses BestModeID() under 3.0 to choose display mode.
Display mode can be selected.
Files can be displayed without typing the '.FLI' or '.FLC' extension.
