  New release of STAT-RAM (SD0:) , the very recoverable ram drive

  Changes from V2.1 to V2.2 as follows :

  *  Removes the continuous Read/Write error requester bug that could
     appear under low memory conditions

  *  If memory runs short, the StatRam device will try to flush
     memory of unused libraries, etc to gain room

  *  BufMemTpye is no longer used. Instead, Fast ram will be used if
     present, and when exhausted will start to use Chip ram

  *  STAT-RAM can now be formatted to the DOS type defined, although
     there is no real point :-)
