Short: First public dist of Perl 4.035 port w/ src

All future versions will have the same naming convention:

perlX.XXX.VYYY.lha
perlX.XXX.VYYY.bin.lha

Where X.XXX indicates the version of perl ported and YYY indicates the version
of the Amiga port. So this is perl 4.035 amiga port version 0.1.0. The bin
versions are binary-only (i.e. it contains everything you need to run and
install perl but no source code to perl). I think that sys-admins must keep
the perl source available due to GPL but I figured the user may prefer to just
download the binary distribution.
