Short: EDS is a programming environment for the E language

EDS V39_10 is the first release of the E Development System.  It uses the JED
text editor, and incorperates everything into one, customizable interface. Thi
s makes everything much easier and quiocker for the programmer.  It also lets
you comment and revise source code. Programmed with E V2.1b
