Short: AMOS Programs from Amiga Computing. Uploader: Michael Cox (Aj639@Cleveland.freenet.edu) After talking with Phil South, author of Amiga Computing's AMOS ALMANAC, I decided to make a collection of all the AMOS programs that I have from the Amiga Computing Coverdisks. I put the programs in seperate directories, according to the issue date. Most are 1992 issues and one is 1991. I know I have more but the disks seem to have walked away. If any documentation was included on the coverdisk, I included it with the files. So, look in the docs for author names and such. Some of the docs may be packed with powerpacker, so use ppmore. Some of the files include: TETTRIX - Clone of that popular game. (Compiled) TAME - Turbo Amiga Map Editor (Compiled) Picturesque - Draw pics and sprites and save as .ABK files. (Compiled) A few of the AMOS ALMANACs were done by Peter Hickman as he was the writer before Phil took the reins. Some of the ALMANACS include: (all source) PACMAN like game Resizing windows like AmigaDOS does. Colour cycling examples. Please read the READMEs and DOC files for instructions and possible shareware donations. If you have problems, email me.
