Xferq.library is an Amiga shared library that arbitrates access to an
outbound file queue for use by Fidonet or other network mailers.  It also
has functions useful to comm software, such as address parsing and unique
key generation.

xqsrc1_8.lzh is the source code, for SAS/C 6.2.
xqdev1_8.lzh is the developer release, which contains everything a developer
needs to get started writing applications.  Developers do NOT need
xqsrc1_8.lzh; the source code exists only to satisfy the source requirement
of the GNU General Public License.
