This is a preview of EPP which allows users to download an incredibly small
(but still detailed) version of any IFF/GIF picture on your Excelsior! run
BBS to see if they would like to download the entire archive.  This is very
useful for lower baud rate users since the preview files can be as little
as 1/50th the original filesize!
