ABACKUP 5.20 ABackup now supports removable/amovible disks, like SyQuest, Zip and Jaz systems. This means that it is possible to write on several disks, just like floppy disks, if the data to backup doesn't fit on a single one. Before using them to backup your data, the disks *MUST* have been low-level formatted and partitionned. When using several disks, every backup disk *MUST* have a partition with the name specified as the destination partition. I mean that if you selected SH0: as the destination partition, there must be a partition named SH0: on each disk you plan to use for your backup. However, this partition can have different size and location on each disk. ************************** IMPORTANT ************************************* YOUR REMOVABLE DISKS MUST HAVE A VALID RDB (Rigid Disk Block) IN ORDER TO BE USED AS A BACKUP DISK. ************************** IMPORTANT *************************************
