This plugin links any application with Stargate-support
to fxPAINT via a special Exec-Messageport-construction.
Sourcecode for developers is included as well as a plugin
for Ultraconv V3 or V4.

Through the newly added stargate-handler it is even possible to
access the pictures fxPAINT has in memory as normal files !!
