This config-file will be loaded only when needed - that is only when
you chose to view, read or play a file.

Arguments must be separated by the command by a comma.

If you specify a program that can't be opened, ViewDIZ uses Multiview
and C:Ed which is standart on Workbench v3.0+.

NOTE: Unregistered Eagleplayer-users can't give any arguments as they
      are not supported. ViewDIZ takes care of this problem - Use etc:
