Changes for the Amiga 68k/PPC port:

   - added various smakefile, smakefilePPC and
     SCOPTIONS files
   - created include directory with various
     replacements (pdflib)
   - added dummy p_gif.c to avoid licensing
     problems (p_gif_original.c is still there,
     but not used anymore)
   - added "bin" and "lib" directories for 68k/PPC
     exe files and link libraries

 pdflib.lib is the 68k link library,
 pdflib.a is the PPC link library.

 Both don't support TIFF or GIF, but JPEG
 support is enabled.
