Simple Instructions

I'm  going  to  make this short as I hate writing Docs. Plus there are not
many people that read them. Just open the Program and play around with it.

The main features of this program are:

1.  The Buttons and Gadgets move when you resize the Window.

2.  The  Window  can  remember  its  last position and size by putting the
    information into the icon Tooltypes.

3.  The Screens Button:   When this button is pressed, a window opens with
    the current  PUBLIC  screens listed.  When you select a  PUBLIC screen
    the program will attempt to open on it.  The only  problem I've had so
    far is opening this program on the CygnusED screen.
