if upgrading please use installer script.....

all functions can be skipped but those who don't understand what the
install script is asking should just press ok/yes to all functions.



IF this is the initial installation and AmIRC is running then
AmIRSay.amirx will not appear in AmIRC's menus and New ALIAS
commands will not work until you restart AmIRC.
