Install : Add the following line to your "httpd.conf":
          ResourceConfig /apache/conf/srm.conf

          Copy the file "srm.conf" from this distribution to
          "conf/". If the file "srm.conf" allready exists add
          it after "AddIcon...".

          Copy the images to your "icons" directory.
