short: Easy way of adding cddb-support

Hello!

This  library  allows  any  programmer  to  add  cddb-support  in  his
cd-player  program  with  just  some  lines  of  code, w/o the need of
knowning the cddb-protocol or tcp/ip programming!

The  most  advantage of this cddb.library is, that every program which
uses  this  library to implement cddb-support, can read the cddb-datas
which are written by any other program which uses the cddb.library!

Earlier  (before cddb.library), if you had two different programs with
cddb-support,  f.e.   BurnIt  and  AudioMaster2k,  they can't read the
cddb-datas  from each other, so you had 2 times the same datas (but in
different  formats)  on your hd and have to retrieve to times the data
via internet and can't use both cddb-datas from one program.
