___________________________________________________________________________ Documentation for SayV43.0 Copyright 1997 Peter Kaltstein ___________________________________________________________________________ I actually wrote this little CLI-command to fix the problem, which I had with the original "SAY" of the Workbench. It left out all extended ASCII characters like "aöüß"... . However this command now also has some more options, which might be useful for You. These are the original-options: [-m][-f][-r][-s=speed in words per minute][-p=pitch][-x filename] (male/female, robot) These are the new ones: [-a(r) accent] [-v1/-v2][-t] You will need the new translator.library V43.x (at least a V42.x, but v43.x is much better :-) ) to use the set-accent and the reload-accent options. -a accentfile, sets an accent -ar accentfile, forces a reload of accent-file -v1 verbose mode 1 -v2 verbose mode 2, with after each sentence Example of usage: say -x dh1:text/story.ascii -r -s100 -p80 -v1 If You like this program or find a bug, just drop me an EMail.
