Usage
-----
Just start the plugin by clicking on its icon while AmigaAMP is running
in skin mode.


Key assignments
---------------
ESC  -  quit
F1   -  show 1024 lines
F2   -  show 512 lines (default)
F3   -  show 256 lines


Tooltypes
---------
AUTOIDLE  = YES or NO
            enable or disable the auto-idle function (see v1.2 entry in history)

TRACKINFO = TOP, BOTTOM or OFF
            place to display the track info line (top of the screen, bottom
            of the screen or not at all)

Graphics card capable of displaying 640x480 / 256 colours
