A-1 LICENCE

  This licence agreement affects all programs, manuals and disks of
  the  editor package GoldED, release 3 or later. Violations of any
  of the topics below will  cause  this  licence  to  expire,  i.e.
  terminate   your   rights   to  use  or  otherwise  handle  (e.g.
  distribute) the package.

  You may not duplicate, distribute,  hire  or  sell  a  registered
  GoldED  package  or  GoldED  keyfiles. Keyfiles are ©1995 Dietmar
  Eilert. You may not distribute keyfiles or  keyfile-related  data
  (i.e.   the  keyfile  drawer).  Distribution  of  keyfiles  is  a
  violation of  copyright  laws  and  will  be  prosecuted  by  the
  copyright owner(s).

  You are not allowed to include the demo version into any kind  of
  software  collection  apart  from  the Amiga Library (compiled by
  Fred Fish), AmiNet and BBS file areas without written  permission
  of  the  author,  including, but not limited to, CD ROMs and disk
  magazines. The demo version may not be  distributed  attached  to
  software  or  hardware  (e.g.  bookware, disk magazine, preloaded
  streamer tapes).

  The  copyright  owner(s)   reserve   the   right   to   interdict
  distribution  at  any time if a distributor fails to obey to this
  licence.
  
  You  may  not  modify  the  package:  you  may  not  change   the
  compilation,  you  may  not modify or translate files and you may
  not add or remove  files.  You  are  not  allowed  to  distribute
  translations  of  material  found  in  this  distribution  unless
  authorized by the  copyright  owner(s).  All  translation  rights
  reserved.
  
  The copyright owner(s) provide this program "as is".  The  entire
  risk  of  using  this program is with you. The copyright owner(s)
  won't ever be liable for damages to you - whether they arise from
  the  use of this package or the inability to use it, whether they

  Diese   Nutzungslizenz    betrifft    alle    Bestandteile    des
  GoldED-Paketes  (Programme,  Handbücher)  ab  Programmversion  3.
  Verletzung eines der folgenden Punkte beendet jedes Nutzungsrecht
  inklusive Vertrieb.

  Sie dürfen ein registriertes GoldED-Paket  sowie  GoldED-Keyfiles
  weder  vervielfältigen,  vertreiben,  verleihen  noch  verkaufen.
  Keyfiles und Keyfile-bezogene Daten und Dateien  unterliegen  dem
  Urheberrecht    (©1995   Dietmar   Eilert)   und   dürfen   weder
  weitergegeben   noch   Dritten   zugänglich    gemacht    werden.
  Zuwiderhandlungen     stellen     eine    Verletzung    geltender
  Urheberrechtsgesetze dar und werden entsprechend verfolgt.

  Die  Aufnahme  der  Demo-Version  in  wie  auch  immer   geartete
  Softwarezusammenstellungen  ist  abgesehen  von der von Fred Fish
  zusammengestellten Amiga Library, dem AmiNet sowie BBS File-Areas
  ohne   schriftliche   Genehmigung   des  Autors  nicht  zulässig,
  inlusive,   aber    nicht    beschränkt    auf,    CD-ROMs    und
  Diskettenmagazine.  Die Software darf nicht als Bestandteil eines
  Paketes oder Bundles oder zusammen  mit  Hardware  oder  Software
  (Bookware,    Diskettenmagazin,    vorbespielte   Streamer-Tapes)
  angeboten werden.

  Die  Copyright-Inhaber  behalten  sich  das  Recht   vor,   einem
  Vertreiber  die  Weitergabe  jederzeit  zu  untersagen, wenn sich
  dieser nicht an die Bedingungen dieser Lizenz hält.

  Sie dürfen das Paket nicht modifizieren. Dies betrifft sowohl die
  Zusammenstellung  als  auch  einzelne  Dateien.  Es  dürfen weder
  Dateien entfernt noch neue hinzugefügt  werden.  Übersetzung  und
  Vertrieb  von  Material  aus  diesem Paket ist ohne ausdrückliche
  schriftliche Genehmigung nicht gestattet. Alle Übersetzungsrechte
  vorbehalten.

  Die Copyright-Inhaber stellen dieses Programm 'so wie es ist' zur
  Verfügung.  Das komplette Nutzungsrisiko liegt beim Anwender. Die
  Copyright-Inhaber werden nicht für Schäden  verantwortlich  sein,
  die  aus  der  Nutzung  bzw. der Unmöglichkeit der Nutzung dieser
  Software entstehen, ob  direkt  oder  indirekt,  inklusive  (aber
  nicht  beschränkt  auf)  Datenverlust oder Erzeugung fehlerhafter
