What a realistic Doom clone this is.


(Alien_Eggs)This game is very nicely designed as when you load it up, a little sample will welcome you. The menu tells you a bit about the game and what to expect in the full game. It also has a map which you will need to use when your playing the game.

Once you have hit "Disconnect" this will bring you into the game. Almost immediately you will notice that it looks a bit like Doom with your player holding a handgun. You will have to use the arrow keys to control your players movements and the shift key to fire the weapons.

(Door_Open)In the demo the plan is to wipe out all enemy and then hit the self destruct button and get to the lift.

While your running about the place you find other weapons like a machine gun, laser type weapons and more. It's easy to get lost but all you have to do is log into a computer terminal and use the map. My favourite bit in the game is the alien eggs that open up; it reminds me of Aliens.

Good news, according to the developer the game is going to be developed into a commercial product and has already got a very good publisher.

Download it and get killing those aliens.

To load it up once installed, double click on GeneticSpecies.Exc and hit OK.
