        Type one of these for your name on the high score table to jump
        to the corresponding level.

        LEVEL 1-"SUSS"      LEVEL 2-"IMED"      LEVEL 3-"URTI"
        LEVEL 4-"BASD"      LEVEL 5-"NOUS"      LEVEL 6-"RERO"

        Also on the high score table, enter "ILLBEBACK".  This will give
        you infinite lives and let you choose levels with 'F1-F6'.
