Short: Launches AmiTCP from button

This is a newer non-MUI version of MUILaunchTCP.  Please remove the previous
version (comm/net/MUILaunchTCP).  It saves the IP address for changing SLIP's
and in case of reboot or crash, will reconnect at a btton click.
