Short: A new version of pingpong

This is the first update of my Ping Pong game. It was rewritten completely
because of the many bugs in the first version. I hope this version runs better,
especially on AA machines

Requirements:

OS2.0 or more

- 1 / 2 Player mode

- Setup Menu
- Supports some Tooltypes
- Different Levels
