Stelarium Fever
Mission:
We are currently tracking the Neptune, an Andromedan merchant vessel.
Our spies report the Neptune to be carrying a large shipment of grade
5 stelarium.  It is worth risking three Vikonian frigates to gain
such a prize.  Intercept and capture the Neptune before it reaches
the National Federation Star Base at Libertaria and escape with it.
