OVERVIEW
--------
     There's very little new stuff in this release.  The only added 
     feature is the game pause.  Otherwise, it just contains all the 
     small incremental things that have been added as version 3.0. The
     biggest change is probably that MJVGA is now being compiled with
     Borland C++ 2.0.



PAUSE
-----
     You can pause MJVGA by hitting the P key (or, of course, selecting
     Pause from the "K" menu).  The tiles will go away, the timer will
     pause, and you'll see a graphics gizmo on the screen.  Click a mouse
     button to return to the game.
