in 7th grade Algebra an 'A' grade like this is extremely good and
shows that the student is preparing their daily assignments. This
should reflect on their quiz and test scores. 
this grade of 'B' on classwork shows that the student has good study
habits and that the student has mastery of the subject.

it is important to try and improve this for the Algebra class to
be above the 'C' average. More attention to detail would help improve
the grade and making up any work that was missed due to absence.
this 'D' average means that while the student can work with their
team and may do well on thew classwork and homework when they are
asked to work on their own and show mastery that there is a problem. 
this is an 'E' grade and it means that the homework is not being
finished. More attention in class and more effort is needed.
 
as this is an 'A' it means the student has kept a very good notebook
and this quiz average reflects the study of it.
 
this is a 'B' and reflects good work in keeping up to date in the
notebook. This is good and should be kept up.
 
there is room for improvement here. Notebooks are where the students
should keep their notes and quizzes reflect whether they are
studying from them.
if a student has a 'D' on quizzes they may need additional help.
 
 
this means there is a lot of neglect on the student's part about
their notebook. An 'E' means they have not filled out their notebook
each day and you should ask to see it at home.
this is excellent work and shows real mastery of Algebra skills!!!
 
 
a 'B' shows very good understanding and with test grades like this the
student should be commended.
 
the student could probably watch for careless mistakes. Usually in doing
their work they will rely too much on mental math and not show all steps.
 
there is s definite need for improvement. Much more study in preparation
for a test and maybe some additional help before.

this shows remarkable effort as these projects take the full quarter\
and exact attention to detail must be maintained. Excellent!!!
 
the student took the job of doing this project very seriously and the\
work showed this. Very good work!!!
 
a little more attention to the day to day activities of working on the
project - we did something on this each day - would have helped a lot.
 
we are trying to have the young people learn that they will use math
their everyday live and in the next quarter I would like to see
improvement and better effort.
the student needs to put more effort into the daily project and take
a more serious interest in askign questins etc. It is harder work but
this could be improved.
